The minimum age for gorilla trekking is 15 years and the maximum age is 85 years depending on your fitness level but to be more sure we advise you to visit your personal doctor for full body check up to see if you are fit for the journey and what medication will aid you throughout the gorilla trekking activity , gorilla trekking is now made possible especially in Bwindi forest through provision of sedan chairs  carries that are used to carry those who feel unfit unable to walk through the forest and at certain point also porters are hired to carry your belongings which you can not carry when trekking .Hiring the sedan chairs can be done in advance or simply at the day of your trek as porters are always available and these chairs are for 400-500 dollars, always your tour operators will take  you through all these amazing comfortable options.
