All activities are doable during the month of July because it falls under a dry season characterised with warm temperatures that are followed by minimal rainfall .Despite the hindrance of high safari prices , fairly easy trekking conditions make it a preferred time for gorilla trekking with tourists setting off very early in the morning after briefing where they are told on what to do while in the jungle or what to avoid.

With the lead of the park guide , the trek sets off requiring you to give an open eye to whatever you see such as the birds , leaves , trees , insects , some mammals to mention but a few and if you have a camera feel free to take some photos . The time of finding these species may differ from other trekkers because it is dry season meaning that they have to scatter within the bush to search for what to eat but remember patience pays off , you will  get a chance to spot at other primates like monkeys while searching for the gorillas giving you a dream come true safari. Trekkers are grouped under a group of eight people which is a small group done to keep the gorillas calm as they are sensitive to large groups .
